We are a Ram dealer in West Texas offering the new 2025 Ram 1500 in our new inventory. For the 2025 model year, Ram will no longer offer the popular, proven 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 engine. Instead, the truck maker is providing a choice of two turbocharged six-cylinder engines that have been designated by the name Hurricane. As a result, horsepower and torque rise a little while the maximum towing capacity takes a step backward to 11,580 pounds. One consolation for 2025 Ram 1500 customers is that fuel efficiency increases a little.

    What's new in the 2025 Ram 1500 pickup?

    The 2025 Ram 1500 has been given a facelift and the HEMI® V8 has been eliminated in favor of two new twin-turbocharged six-cylinder Hurricane engines with either 420 horsepower or 540 horsepower. The standard 8.4-inch touch screen has been replaced by a large 12.0-inch display or West Texas buyers can get an even bigger 14.5-inch screen. The Ram 1500 also offers a 10.3-inch passenger-side screen as an available option. The luxurious new Tungsten trim is at the top of the lineup replacing the awesome TRX model.

    Expanded trim levels

    With a variety of available trim levels, the 2025 Ram 1500 lets you select the right configuration for your budget. The well-equipped Tradesman comes with a 3.6-liter V6 engine and trailer sway control. The HFE has 20-inch chrome wheels and high-back bucket seats. The Lone Star comes with heavy-duty shocks along with front and rear stabilizer bars. The Laramie model has ten-way heated and ventilated front seats and a heated steering wheel.

    The Rebel trim is equipped with off-road suspension, an electronic locking rear differential and standard four-wheel drive. The Limited Longhorn gives you a premium audio system with 10 speakers. The Limited includes heated and ventilated seats, a four-corner air suspension system and genuine leather upholstery. For the 2025 lineup, the TRX has been replaced by the top-tier Tungsten trim.
